Ingredients:
1 cup khoya
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ghee
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4-5 pistachio chopped
Method:
1. Heat a non stick pan, add khoya, sugar, cook them together on low
heat, stir it continuously till the sugar dissolves & khoya starts to melt.

2. Cook it for about 20 mins, stirring continuously, till the mixture thickens
& begins to leave sides of pan.

3. Add cocoa powder & mix well.
4. Grease a tray with ghee transfer the chocolate burfi mixture, spread it

5. Garnish with pistachio. Leave it to cool to room temperature & set.
6. Cut it into desired shape & serve.
