eating chocolate.This recipe will teach you in making fantastic & exotic chocolate modak

chocolate modak.


Ingredients:


1 cup khoya/mava
1/4 cup cashew nut powder
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder


Method:


1. Roast khoya in a pan till become light brown in colour.

2. Let it cool ,add sugar,cocoa powder,cashew nut powder,
    milk powder & mix well.

3. Grease modak mould & stuff it with modak mixture.

4. Press modak mould , demould modak in a plate.

5.Chocolate modak is ready to offer lord ganesh.
