Amrakhand
Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt
1-2 fresh & ripe mangoes,
1-2 tbsp almond, pistachio & cashew nuts
1 mango slicesed for garnish
Sugar to taste
Method:
1. Slice ripe mangoes. Put them in a blender, blend it until smooth.
2. Tie yogurt in a clean muslin cloth & hang it for 4-5 hours. Make sure yogurt is thick.
3. Add sugar to yogurt & whisk it well till sugar dissolves.
4. Add mango pulp to yogurt, stir it until properly mix & then chill it.
5. Garnish it with some sliced mangoes.
6. Serve chill.
