Ingredients:


250g rice boiled                                   
250g spring onion green part                                   
1/2 cup capsicum chopped                        
1/2 cup cabbage chopped
1/2 cup carrot chopped                                  
1 tbsp chopped garlic 
1 tbsp coriander leaves                               
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soya sauce   
2 tbsp oil                                      
Salt to taste    

  

Method:


1. Heat oil In frying pan, put chopped garlic, fry until light pink.

2. Add red chilli, black pepper & salt, mix well cover & let it cook.

3. When cooked. Add vegetables & stir fry for 2 mins.

4. Add boiled rice & soya sauce, mix them all.

5. Now add spring onion, coriander leaves,cover & let it cook for 2-3 mins on steam. 

6. Serve hot.

  1. We adore rice a lot and yes to fried rice. This is a lovely vegetarian version, packed with the goodness of veggies and that saltiness from the soya sauce.
