Butter Naan




Ingredients:


2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1/3 cup yogurt
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp sugar
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp yeast
Salt to taste

Method:


1.Sieve flour with baking powder, baking soda & salt. Add sugar,  milk, yogurt, yeast & water.          Knead well  into a medium soft dough. Apply a little oil & keep it under wet cloth for one 
      hour. 

2. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll them with a rolling pin in the shape of naan & sprinkle       some coriander leaves on it.


3 . Cook it in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC.

4. Remove using skewers when it is crisp & lightly browned on both sides. Serve hot topped  
    with butter.

5. Enjoy hot butter naan with curry of your choice.
