Plain Kulcha
Ingredients:
2 cup fine flour(maida)
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Combine salt, maida, baking powder, baking soda & sieve together also add coriander
leaves & oil.

2. Knead into soft dough, using enough water.
3. Cover with a wet muslin cloth & keep aside for 5-6 hours.
4. Knead dough again & divide dough into equal portions.
5. Roll out each portion into a thick circle.
6. Heat a pan/tawa, cook each kulcha by applying a little butter till golden brown spots appear
on both sides.

7. Serve hot with butter.
