Methi Wali Makki Ki Roti
(Fenugreek & Maize Chapati)

Methi Wali Makki Ki Roti


Ingredients:


3 cups maize flour 
2 cups fenugreek leaves 
3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp grated ginger
2 finely chopped green chilies
Warm water as required
Ghee as required
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Mix all ingredients In a bowl except ghee & kneed a smooth dough by adding enough water.

2. Make equal size of balls & keep them aside.

3.  Now take a transparent plastic bag & cut it in 2 square pieces.

4. Put one piece on the pastry board  & dust it with some maize flour.

5. Take a ball of dough, press it with your hand & put it on the plastic paper & cover
     it with another plastic paper.
  
6 .Now flat boll of dough in a round shape by pressing it with your hand.

7. Heat the griddle. Gently pickup the plastic paper, remove roti from it & transfer it
    onto
 the griddle.

8. Turn the roti & cook it till both sides are golden brown & crispy with ghee.

9. Serve hot with your choice of curry.
