Besan Burfi
Ingredients:
2 cups besan (gram flour)
1 cup sugar 
1/2 cup water 
1 cup ghee 
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp almonds, cashew nut, pistachio chopped
Method:
1. Fry besan in ghee on low flame till it starts changing in color & is fragrant. Now add 
cardamom powder & mix well,keep it aside to coll.

2. Dissolve sugar into water over low heat. When it dissolves, bring it to a boil & cook till it 
reach a single thread consistency.

3. Add this syrup into the besan  & mix well. 
4. Pour this mixture into a greased tray & garnish with  almond, cashew nut & pistachio.
   
5. When it cools cut into desired shape.Store the burfi in an airtight container.
