Ingredients:


2 cups refined flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
1/2 tsp sugar 
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp oil 
1 tbsp butter
salt to taste

Method:


1.Sieve fine flour,baking powder, baking soda & salt. Add sugar, milk, yogurt & water. Knead
    well into a medium soft dough. Apply a little
 oil & keep it under wet cloth for one hour. 

2. Make equal sized balls. Apply a little oil & Press sides first & then centre of  dough ball. 

3.Give a round flat shape. Pick in hand & pat to give it a round shape Stretch it from one side &
   give a desired shape. 

4. Put it on a preheated tandoor wall or cook in a preheated oven at  200ºC. 

5. When it is crisp & lightly browned on both sides, remove it.

6. Serve hot with any curry vegetable or dal.
