Moong Dal chila


2 cup dhuli moong dal
1 tsp green chutney
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
3 green chilies chopped
Oil  as required
Salt to taste


1. Soak moong dal in enough water for about 3-4 hours.            

2. Drain & grind dal with green chilies ,salt , water & make a smooth batter. 

3. Add red chili power,turmeric powder,coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste &  mix well.

4. Heat a tawa & grease it. Spread a ladle full of batter to a thin circle.

5. Drizzle a little oil & cook on medium heat till done. 

6. Carefully flip over, drizzle a little oil, cook till other side done. 

7. Serve hot with green chutney.
