3 tbsp gram flour(besan)
3 tbsp white millet flour
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 small onions chopped
2 green chilies chopped
1 tbsp coriander chopped
Oil for greasing
Salt to taste


1. Mix all the flours together & roast them for 5 minutes or till you smell 
      the aroma.

2. Add all other ingredients to  flour except oil & knead a smooth dough 
    using water.

3. Divide dough in equal portions & roll out each portion into a thick circle. 

4. Grease a non-stick pan/ tawa with  oil & cook  thali peeth till crispy from both sides.

5. Serve hot  thali peeth with bondi raita.
