Ingredients:


For puri:


2 cup wheat flour
Oil for frying
Water as required
Salt to taste




For bhaji:


3-4 potatoes, boiled, peeled & sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1 tsp  mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 curry leaves
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:


For puri:


1. Mix  flour, salt & 1 tbsp of oil. Knead soft pliable dough with water. Keep aside for 15
    mins.

2. Divide dough into 10-12 parts, shape into balls. Roll each into rounds with the help of some
    oil or dough.

3. Heat oil in a deep pan, fry on both sides till light brown. Drain the oil on a kitchen paper.

For Bhaji:


1. Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, allow it to splutter.

2. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves,sesame seeds,ginger, green chili,garlic,onion,
    stir it till  onion is tender.


3. Add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, potatoes ,mix well  & cook for 2-3 mins. 

4. Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish with chopped coriander leaves. 

5. Serve hot with puris.
