Ingredients:


4-5  potatoes boiled
2 green chilies 
1/2 cup green peas
1 carrot  grated
1 tsp coriander leaves chopped
2 tsp onion finely chopped
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
1 tbsp bread crums
1 pinch garam masala Powder
4 bread slices
2 tsp maida(fine flour)
Oil for frying
Salt to taste 



Method:



1. Peel & mesh the potatoes along with the bread slices.


2. Grind peas along with ginger & green chilies.


3. Mix ground peas,ginger & chili paste, grated carrot, coriander leaves,
    onion,mashed
 potatoes & bread slices

4. Add salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, garam masala in above
    mixture. 

5. Now add maida & mix well.

6. Divide mixture into equal parts & shape them into cutlets.

7. Cover cutlets with bread crums.

8. Heat oil in a pan & deep fry cutlets till golden brown from both sides.

9. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
