Ingredients:


3 cups rice
1 cup urad dal
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
Oil as required
Water as required
Salt to taste


Method:

1.Wash & soak urad dal  with fenugreek seeds for 5-6 hours.

2. Now wash rice & soak in a separate bowl.

3 .Grind dal with fenugreek & make a smooth paste by adding water.

4. Now grind rice also by adding  water.Add the rice batter to urad dal
    batter and mix well.Let it ferment for 6-8 hours.


5. Add salt & water to fermented batter & make a pouring consistency
     batter.


6. Heat a non stick tava,grease it oil & pour 1/2 cup of better on the canter of the tava.

7. Spread the batter in a circular motion from the center towards the sides of the tava.

8. Drizzle some oil around the edges of dosa & sprinkles on the top as well.

9 . Lift the dosa & flip it over. Cook it from other side for some time & remove from tava.

10. Serve hot & crispy dosa with sambhar & coconut chutney.
