Papadi Chat


10-12 papadis
2 boiled,peeled & chopped potatoes
1/2 cup soaked & boiled chickpeas
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh yogurt whisked
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cup fine sev
1/2 cup boondi
1/2 cup green chutney 
1/2 cup tamarind chutney
Salt to taste


1. Arrange Papadis in a serving plate.

2. Place potatoes & chickpeas on each papdi.

3. Sprinkle some salt on it.

4. Now top up with green chutney, 
tamarind chutney & yogurt as required.

5. Sprinkle red chili powder & chaat masala,cumin powder as required.

6. Garnish with sev,boondi, onion & a few chopped coriander leaves.

7. Serve immediately
