Ingredients:
3 large potatoes
2 cups gram flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3-4 green chili chopped
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Pinch of soda
Water as required
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Wash potatoes & cut them into thin,round slices.
2. Add water to gram flour, rice flour,soda & make a thick consistency batter.
3. Add red chili powder,dry mango powder, green chilies,cumin seeds, salt & mix it well.
4. Heat oil in a pan,now dip one potato slice in batter & place it in oil.
5. Place 5-6 slices at a time.

6. Deep fry these potato slices till they turn golden brown from both sides.
7. Repeat the same process for other potato slices.
8. Serve hot aloo pakora with tomato sauce/green chutney.
