Ingredients:




2 tsp finely chopped green chilies
1 cup rava
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 onion chopped
1 carrot chopped & boiled
1/3 cup green peas boiled
1 tsp mustard seeds
6-7 curry leaves 

1 tsp urad dal
2 cups water
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste




Method:


1Roast rava in a pan till light brown & keep aside.


2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when seeds crackle, add urad dal, curry leaves,
    onion, green chili cook on
medium flame till onion turns golden brown.


3. Add rava & sauté on a low flame for some time.

4. Add water, carrot, green peas, salt, cover & cook  for 1-2 mins. 

5. Transfer upma into a serving bowl/ plate.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
