Ingredients:
For Dough:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
Oil as required
1/2 tsp salt

For the stuffing:
4-5 boiled & peeled potatoes
2-3 green chilies chopped
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tsp dry mango powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Sieve flour with salt. Add 1 tbsp oil & mix well.
2. Make a semi-soft dough by adding enough water.
3. Mash potatoes keep it aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,fennel seeds when they crackle green chilies,cook
it for 2-3 sec.

5. Add red chili powder, dry mango powder,turmeric powder,salt,potatoes,coriander leaves
& mix well.

6. Knead dough & divide into equal portion & make balls out of it.
7. Roll out one ball of dough into a circle.
8. Place 1 tbsp filling in center of dough circle.
9. Bring together all sides in center & seal it tightly.
10. Roll out again into a big circle with help of flour.
11. Cook paratha on a tava, using a little oil till both sides are golden brown.
12. Repeat same with remaining dough, filling & make more parathas.
13. Serve hot with curd.
