Veg sandwich is a healthy & yummy sandwich filled with various vegetables.Very popular among young & old. An ideal breakfast or evening snack.

Veg sandwiches are soooo simple, easy & quick to prepare. One can do lot of variations in
this also 
according to his/her choice. A great hit for kids, office goers- filling & healthy snack ideal for tiffin.


Ingredients:


9 slices bread
8 tsp butter
4 tsp green chutney ,
2 medium sized cucumber,peeled & cut into thin slices
1 medium sized onion cut into thin slices
3 medium sized potatoes boiled & cut into slices
3 medium sized tomatoes cut into thin slices
2 tsp chat masala



Method:

1. Rim off the edges of each slice of bread, apply butter & chutney on each slice.

2. Place a slice of bread, with the buttered & chutney side facing upwards, on a clean flat
    surface.


3. Arrange a few cucumber slices, sprinkle chat masala evenly over it.

4. Now arrange some tomato slices, sprinkle chat masala over it.

5. Place another slice of bread, with the buttered side facing upwards & press it lightly.

6. Arrange onion & potato slices, sprinkle  chat masala evenly over it.

7. Place another slice of bread, with the buttered & chutney side facing downwards press
    it lightly.


8. Cut into 4 equal pieces, place them on a plate.

9. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup & green chutney.
