Ingredients:
200 gms paneer
2-3 tomatoes
1-2 green capsicum
2-3 tomatoes

For Marinate:
100 gms hung curd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1 tbsp oil for brushing
Salt to taste
For serving:
1/2 cup carrot chopped
4-5 onion rings
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 lemon
Method:
1. Chop paneer, tomato & capsicum in square shape. Keep them aside.
2. In a bowl take hung curd whisk it till smooth, now add all ingredients
in marinade head except oil & mix well.
3. Add veggies, paneer to marinade & mix well, then refrigerate it
for 1-2 hours.
4. Remove paneer, veggies & bring them at room temperature.
5. Skewer veggies & paneer alternately on skewers.
6. Preheat oven for 2-3 mins at 180 degree Celsius.
7. On a plate arrange skewers. Brush some oil on veggies & paneer.
8. Bake paneer tikka for 10-15 mins at 180 degree Celsius.
9. Flip the tikka also apply oil on other side & bake for further
10-15 mins.
10. Serve yummy panner tikka with carrot, onion rings, coriander leaves
& lemon.
