Bread Roll


Ingredients:


3 big potatoes boiled & mashed
7-8 bread slices
1 tbsp green peas
1 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp red chili powder 
1/4 tsp dry mango powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp garam masala 
2-3 green chili chopped
Oil for frying
Salt to taste


Method:



1.In a bowl add salt, red chili powder, garam masala,fennel seeds, green chilies & coriander
   leaves,dry mango powder, green peas,to the mashed potatoes & mix well.

2 .Divide mashed potato filling into 7-8 equal portions.

3. Take some water in a bowl & dip a bread slice for few seconds.

4. Squeeze the water from the bread by pressing between palms gently.

5. Place 1 portion of  potato mixture over damp bread, roll & seal edges of bread.

6. Repeat same process for making other rolls.

7. Heat oil in a pan & deep fry bread rolls on medium heat till golden brown.

8. Drain & place on an absorbent paper.

9. Serve hot bread rolls with green chutney/tomato sauce.
