Stuffed Muli Paratha
(Reddish)
Ingredients:
For stuffing:
4 Radishes peeled & grated2 green chilies chopped
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
For dough:
2 cups wheat flour1 tbsp OilWater as required
Salt to taste
Method:
1. In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil & mix well.
2. Now make a soft dough by adding enough water.

3. Squeeze radish,heat oil in pan add cumin seeds allow it to crackle.
4. Add green chilies, red chili powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder

5. Allow it to cool down.
6. Divide the dough into equal size portions & make balls out of it.
7. Take a dough ball & roll it out into a small circle now place 2-3 tsp of fillings in
the center & seal the ends & roll again gently to a thick round paratha.

8. In a hot tava cook the paratha till golden brown on both sides using little oil
9. Serve hot with yogurt.
