Palak Paratha


Ingredients:


2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup spinach puree
2 green chilies chopped
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tbsp oil
Oil for cooking
Water as required
Salt to taste

Method:



1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well & knead into a soft
    dough, using enough 
water.Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.



2. Divide dough into equal portions & make a ball out of it.
   

3. Roll out each ball  into a circle using flour for rolling.



4. Heat a tava & cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden
    brown  & crisp from both 
sides.



5. Serve hot with yogurt.
