Stuffed Potato Grilled Sandwich
Ingredients:
10-12 sandwich bread
5 potatoes boiled, mashed
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp dry mango powder
2-3 green chilies chopped
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp coriander chopped
2-3 tbsp green chutney
Butter as required
1/2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, green chilies & stir for some time.
2. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder,dry mango powder & garam masala.

3. Add mashed potato,salt,coriander leaves & mix well.
4. Take 2 slices of bread, spread potato mixture on one bread & green chutney on other
bread.Now press one bread on other bread tightly.
5. Repeat same process with other breads.

6. Grill sandwich using butter till both sides are golden brown.
